In-depth professional somatic training programs in Somatic Bodywork & Somatic Yoga and Movement. You will earn a dual certification as a Somatic Embodiment Guide & Yoga Teacher and a Somatic Intuitive Healing Practitioner. Learn more about both certifications below.
Expand Your Skills
The Embodied Guide program is a Somatic Movement and Yoga Training that weaves healing practices with transformative group facilitation. You will learn how to work with movement, breath, and mindfulness along with how to be a presence based facilitator and work with space holding with welcoming and embodied connection. The SIH Practitioner training will guide you on your journey to deepen your work as a 1:1 practitioner weaving bodywork with somatic healing dialogue and practices. This double program will support you in developing a deep understanding and an advanced skill set in somatic healing, nervous system health, emotional wellbeing, and presence all moving from the lens of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Energy healing, Somatic Experiencing, Polarity Therapy and Movement & Yoga therapy.

Who is this training for?
Ideal candidates would be yoga teachers, counselors, massage therapists, naturopaths, acupuncturists, psychotherapists, nurses, MDs, teachers, energy healers, spiritual leaders and more. This is an excellent choice for those who are wishing to transition careers and begin working as a somatic practitioner. Students without previous wellness training are required to take The Embodied Guide training prior to taking the SIH Practitioner training or plan to do both in a Deep Dive for a more complete education on how to move into somatic healing professionally.
