EMBODIED AWARENESS

Module 1 is focused on the body, movement, and somatic therapy practices. You will learn practices in yoga therapy, embodiment, breath work, nervous system regulation, and more.

polyvagal theory - mind body connection - healing

EXPANDED CONSCIOUSNESS

Module 2 moves into the foundations of the nervous system, polyvagal theory, and how the mind and body are interconnected. You will learn how to work with the mind/body connection to promote healing.

EMOTIONAL EMPOWERMENT

Module 3 moves into the deeper layers of wellbeing and how to work with emotions and feelings. You will learn the ways we stay stuck and how to break free into a more loving and welcoming experience with self and others.

SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT

Module 4 brings you into the world of spirit and intuition. You will learn skills for connecting with energy, spirit guides, and deepening understanding of your energetic system.
