About SIH Online

This is the foundational level of training in Somatic Intuitive Healing. This program is a prerequisite for all other levels of training and is included in both the coaching and practitioner certification programs. You can take the online portion on its own for self-paced learning. This program does not qualify for certification but can be a great addition for folks just beginning their healers journey or for someone looking to add somatic and energy techniques to their current professional offerings.

Online Modules

EMBODIED AWARENESS

Module 1 is focused on the body, movement, and somatic therapy practices. You will learn practices in yoga therapy, embodiment, breath work, nervous system regulation, and more.

EXPANDED CONSCIOUSNESS

Module 2 moves into the foundations of the nervous system, polyvagal theory, and how the mind and body are interconnected. You will learn how to work with the mind/body connection to promote healing.

EMOTIONAL EMPOWERMENT

Module 3 moves into the deeper layers of wellbeing and how to work with emotions and feelings. You will learn the ways we stay stuck and how to break free into a more loving and welcoming experience with self and others.

SPIRITUAL DEVELOPMENT

Module 4 brings you into the world of spirit and intuition. You will learn skills for connecting with energy, spirit guides, and deepening understanding of your energetic system.
